Call of Duty: Mobile Season 10 – THE HUNT

Season 10

I’ve got to admit, it feels like Season 9 just flew by in the blink of an eye. While Season 8 seemed to drag on for a while and got extended by a week or so, it felt like I barely had time to enjoy all that Season 9 had to offer before Call of Duty: Mobile dropped another ton of brand new content for us to sink our teeth into.

But I’m not complaining, though. I found the time to grind out all the rewards that were on offer and I’m eager to do it all over again in Season 10. There may not be any major updates, like with The Gunsmith we got last time, but I think this season is going to be a great build-up to the game’s anniversary season, which is around the corner.

From the carnage of World War II, our heroes are thrown back into the present day to finish the hunt for the infamous Makarov. A well-known villain and a character I desperately need in my collection. So, without further ado, let’s take a look at the most important updates in Call of Duty: Mobile Season 10 – THE HUNT.

THE HUNT

The Battle Pass

Call of Duty: Mobile has done it once again and provided us with a jam-packed Battle Pass this season full of brand new skins and weapon camos that I, honestly, can’t wait to get my hands. As you may already know, we started getting 4 new soldiers in the Battle Pass instead of just 2 and that trend is continuing in Season 10.

Makarov is one of the best villains in the Call of Duty franchise and I can’t wait to start using him in-game. Plus, I’ll finally have a version of Mace to use in-game to match up with the avatar that I’ve been saving for a few seasons. So, let’s take a quick look at what we have in store for this Season’s Battle Pass.

Free Battle Pass Rewards

  • New Base Shotgun
    • Echo

  • New Operator Skill
    • Equalizer

Premium Battle Pass Rewards

  • New Epic Soldiers
    • Mara – Valkyrie
    • Makarov – Splinter
    • Mace – Tombstone

Event Rewards

Last season’s event rewards were too good and I spent nearly all my playtime in Season 9 just completing all the challenges and getting my hands on all the weapons and Item camos that were on offer. Sewed Snake was the longest grind for me but, when you put the entire set together, the look makes it all worthwhile.

Plus, we’ve got another new perk to help bring the smackdown to Multiplayer games and it sounds like it will be useful in more ways than one. So, let’s take a look at the new Event Rewards you need to look out for this season.

  • New Perk
    • High Alert: Whenever an enemy can see you but you can’t see them, your vision will start to pulse to let you know you’ve been spotted. Also, you can mark enemies, their scorestreaks, and all their equipment simply by aiming at them with your gun

  • New Battle Royale Class
    • Hacker: Allows you to hack into the enemy’s minimap and conceal yourself for a short period of time. It will also prevent the enemy from activating their class skill and destroy most of the enemy devices in your area. As a bonus, Hackers cannot be hacked by other Hackers.

Multiplayer

Before Season 9, my primary focus in Call of Duty: Mobile was Battle Royale but all that changed when The Gunsmith was introduced to the game. Leveling up your gun to unlock all the attachments and grinding for all those camos took the experience to the next level and I plan to play it, even more, this season.

I do still play Battle Royale a lot since there was an abundance of new changes that came for it as well but I think more players are going to be turning to Multiplayer with all the new goodies we have in store. So, here’s what’s new in this season’s Multiplayer.

New Featured Game Modes

Hardcore: A more intense version of the regular Multiplayer Mode

  • Game Rules
    • Lower Health
    • No Health Regeneration
    • No Killcam
    • Limited HUD
    • Friendly Fire Damage

  • Available Game Modes
    • Team Death Match
    • Domination
    • Hardpoint
    • Kill Confirmed

  • Available Maps
    • Crash
    • Standoff
    • Summit
    • Crossfire

Headquarters: A brand new spin on classic modes like Capture The Flag and Hardpoint.

  • Game Rules
    • Capture and hold the designated spot on the map known as the “Headquarters”.
    • While you are defending you won’t be able to respawn.

  • Available Maps
    • Crash
    • Terminal
    • Standoff
    • Summit
    • Crossfire

New Maps

Every new season of Call of Duty: Mobile comes with a brand new map for players to enjoy and this season we’re getting treated to the one, the only, TERMINAL! As a long time fan of the call of Duty franchise, this was one map that I couldn’t wait to see make it’s way to the mobile scene and it’s just as good as I remember.

And, for something a little less nostalgia-inducing, we have the brand new map called PINE. So, here’s all you need to know about these brand new battlegrounds.

Terminal

  • Available Modes
    • Team Death Match
    • Domination
    • Search & Destroy
    • Hardpoint
    • 10v10 Team Death Match
    • 10v10 Domination

Pine

    • Gun Fight
    • 1v1 Duel

My Plans For The Season

Ever since the Gunsmith was released, it has been my main mission to grind out all the camo skins and upgrade my weapons so that I will be able to experiment with more builds and finally perfect my ultimate weapon for both Multiplayer and Battle Royale as well.

As far as soldier skins are concerned, I’m all about that Makarov – Splinter, and I can’t wait to go ham on the other players in Battle Royale over and over again. Plus, I’ll finally have a Mace soldier to match my Mace avatar, so a speedy grind through the Battle Pass is needed for sure.
